Docmailer was born from a simple frustration: testing email flows is painful. Whether you're building an AI agent that needs to verify accounts, testing your app's email notifications, or automating workflows that involve email — the existing solutions were either too complex, too expensive, or just didn't work well with modern tools.

We set out to build the simplest, most developer-friendly temporary email API. One that just works, integrates seamlessly with AI assistants like Claude, and doesn't break the bank.

The Story

Docmailer started in early 2026 when we were building AI-powered automation tools and kept hitting the same wall: email verification. Every disposable email service was either blocked by major providers, had terrible APIs, or charged enterprise prices for basic functionality.

So we built our own. What started as an internal tool quickly grew into something others wanted to use. Now we're focused on making Docmailer the best temporary email solution for developers and AI agents worldwide.
